Ingredients:
Base
- 1 & 3/4 cup GF Oats
- 1/4 cup Hemp Seeds
- 1/4 cup Rice Flour
- 1 cup Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 TBSP Cacao Nibs
- 1/2 TSP Cinnamon
- 8 TBSP LC CBD Cannabutter (Melted)
Toppings
- 60g Dark Chocolate
- Handful of Chopped Salted Peanuts
Method:
- Blend all base ingredients, add the mix to a bowl and chill in fridge for 1 hour.
- Remove from fridge and roll into 50g Balls.
- Melt Chocolate in bain-marie or double boiler.
- Dip the tip of each ball into the melted Chocolate.
- Sprinkle chopped salted Peanuts on top of each Ball.
- Return to fridge to chill for 30 minutes.
