Shipping Policy

DELIVERY:

BRONTOSAURUS DISPENSARY LIMITED ships to the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom.

We use Royal Mail Express for all orders to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. 

For all orders to the Republic of Ireland without hemp flowers or hash, we use An Post Parcel tracked shipping as our 3rd party delivery provider. We dispatch all such orders Monday to Friday.

The exception to this rule is orders containing only a single 10ml CBD Oil bottle or 10ml CBD Paste. For such orders, we only charge you €4.00 & simply dispatch with two stamps, untracked.

For Republic of Ireland orders containing hemp flowers or hash, we deliver to most counties with our Private Courier Service. We also offer An Post Parcel delivery to all counties for same.
For Private Courier orders, delivery days vary from county to county, we update our Private Courier page with this information. We dispatch Private Courier orders from Monday to Friday.
For An Post Parcel orders containing hemp flowers or hash, for safety reasons we generally only dispatch from Monday to Thursday.
We reserve the right to send Private Courier orders via An Post Parcel where we are unable to deliver with our Private Couriers. We will always endeavour to contact customers in these instances. This also applies to Private Courier orders shipping to a rural or remote area.
Customers will be compensated in overweight product to compensate for the inconvenience & price difference in Private Courier vs. An Post.

We cannot be held liable for delays and/or missing items shipped with An Post or Royal Mail. If there is a problem with your product or you are unsatisfied, please simply contact us here at Little Collins and we will always do everything we can to rectify this for you.

IMPORTANT: We cannot be held liable for any missing or seized packages shipped with An Post or Royal Mail. We accept no responsibility for items shipped with a 3rd party such as An Post or Royal Mail. We cannot assist you with tracking your lost item through An Post or Royal Mail. But again, if there is a problem with your order, 

please simply contact us here at Little Collins and we will always do everything we can to rectify this for you.

IMPORTANT: BRONTOSAURUS DISPENSARY LIMITED only delivers to countries where CBD products are legal. ALL of our products contain 0.2% or less THC to comply with EU Regulation and relevant member state law.

All of our CBD Hemp Flowers are sold in individually heat-sealed packets. We accept zero responsibility for the contents of packaging which are broken or have been re-sealed.
