Ingredients:
Base Ingredients:
- 2 cups GF Oats
- 1 cup Cashew Nuts
- 1/4 Cup Chocolate chips
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 Cup LC CBD Cannabutter (Melted)
- 2 TSP Vanilla Extract
Caramel Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil (Melted)
- 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
- 2 teaspoons of flaky Sea Salt
Addition:
- 150g Unsalted Peanuts.
Topping:
- 150g Dark Chocolate
- 2tbs Coconut Oil or any Neutral Oil
Method:
- Blend all base ingredients until course (not powder).
- Press into lined rectangle tin.
- Refrigerate whilst making Caramel Layer
- Caramel : Add all Caramel ingredients to a pot and melt on a low heat until it boils, stir constantly.
- Take off heat and stir peanuts into Caramel.
- Pour caramel over base and refrigerate for 2hours or until set.
- Melt Chocolate and oil in bain-marie or double boiler and pour over set caramel layer.
- Refrigerate for a further 2hrs or until fully set.
- Slice into 12.
