These easy-to-make slices are layered with a rich caramel and topped with dark chocolate for an irresistible finish. Get ready to indulge!

Ingredients:
Base
- 2 cups Sunflower Seeds
- 1/2 cup Gluten Free Oats
- 1/2 cup Hemp Seeds
- 4 TBSP Little Collins Hemp Protein
- 60g Little Collins Cannabutter (Melted)
- 60g Coconut Oil (Melted)
Caramel Layer
- 1 cup Tahini
- 1/2 cup Coconut Oil (Melted)
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
- Pinch of Salt
Toppings
- 200g Dark Chocolate
- 2 TBSP Little Collins Cannabutter
Method:
- Line a square 8x8in tin with parchment paper.
- Blitz all base ingredients into a coarse texture.
- Flatten mix into lined tin and chill in fridge.
- Blitz all caramel ingredients in blender until smooth (be careful not to over blend as that will cause the caramel to split).
- Pour caramel over base and set in fridge for a minimum of 2 hours or until set.
- Melt top ingredients in double boiler or bain-marie and pour over set caramel layer.
- Set in fridge for a further hour.
- Slice into 12 portions.
