Shipping Policy

DELIVERY

BRONTOSAURUS DISPENSARY LIMITED ships to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only. We do not offer a Scotland, Wales, British or EU service at this time.

We dispatch Private Courier orders on all weekdays. We dispatch An Post/DPD orders Monday-Thursday only. We use An Post or DPD as our delivery provider and Express services where available for tracked shipping, to all counties in the Republic of Ireland. We cannot be held liable for delays and/or missing items shipped with An Post/DPD. If there is a problem with your product or you are unsatisfied, please simply contact us here at Little Collins and we will always do everything we can to rectify this for you.

For HEMP FLOWER orders we deliver to most counties with our Private Courier Service and offer An Post/DPD delivery to all counties. Delivery Days vary from county to county, we update our COURIER INFO PAGE with this information. Our Private Courier network extends to 21 of the 26 counties.

We reserve the right to send Private Courier orders via An Post/DPD where we are unable to deliver with our Private Couriers. We will endeavour to contact customers in these instances.

(Customers will be compensated in overweight product due to the price difference in Private Courier vs. An Post/DPD)

Donegal and Northern Ireland and off-shore islands are serviced by DPD exclusively.

IMPORTANT: We cannot be held liable for any missing or seized packages shipped with An Post/DPD. We accept no responsibility for items shipped with a 3rd party such as DPD or An Post. We cannot assist you with tracking your lost item through An Post or DPD.

For HEMP FLOWER orders shipping to a rural or remote area, we may send out your package via An Post/DPD.

IMPORTANT: BRONTOSAURUS DISPENSARY LIMITED only delivers to countries where CBD products are legal. ALL of our products contain 0.2% or less THC to comply with EU Regulation and relevant member state law.

All of our CBD Hemp Flowers are sold in individually heat-sealed packets. We accept zero responsibility for the contents of packaging which are broken or have been re-sealed.
