I tried the 12% to start off with and to be honest this was perfect for me. I bought it initially to help with my anxiety and I definitely noticed a huge difference within myself, I even noticed a difference in how I felt within the first 15 minutes or so after taking a few drops. I found it really helped to relax me and it also definitely helped me sleep much deeper. I found taking it in the morning and afternoon and topping up in the evening if needed worked best for me. I've been using this for about a week. I'd originally planned on purchasing 15% because I generally buy the 20%+ buds, but the guy in the shop recommended starting low and working up. I’ve been struggling with anxiety and panic attacks for a year, it’s especially gotten worse since covid has escalated! I was recently in kilkenny and tried one of the vegan brownies with cbd oil and it was for anxiety, but I noticed the severe pain in my neck and arm had gone. I've been using the oil for 2 months now after been diagnosed with arthritis on top of having scoliosis and a disc problem. Started taking it about a month ago, 3 drops in the morning and again in the evening. I didn't notice much at first but after a few days I felt a significant decrease in my anxiety and my quality of sleep improved drastically!
